By using sales measurement models and other performanceindicators, he/she analyzes data to make recommendations in the way wedesign products, approach sales tactics, pricing structures and theoverall sales process. If this fitsyour career goal, we can't wait to welcome you on board.The Day-to-DayResponsibilities:* Develops or uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to helpidentify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and salesforce training needs.* Recommends strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and saleseffectiveness tracking methods to maintain and improve the company'scompetitive.* Evaluates and recommends changes in sales incentive plans in line withanalyses.* Helps develop and/or administers new training programs to fill competencygaps.* Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associatedwith such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting,revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.* Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets.* Evaluates pricing structures to meet and achieve company objectives.* Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changesinto future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.* Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute todevelopment of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals increative and effective ways.* Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluationcriteria for obtaining results.* Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.* Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or specialassignments and may supervise the activities of o thers.Qualifications:* Advanced degree in finance or relevant experience in pricing and financialsales force support required.* Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with aBachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5years of experience; or equivalent experience.All the above duti
