Sunrun Senior Customer Operations Analyst in Denver, Colorado

The Customer Operations Excellence Team provides strategic support to themanagement team and core functional areas within Customer Operations(Project Coordination, Project Operation, Customer Care, Credit,Billing, and Collections). They are responsible for determining andtracking the KPIs associated with existing operations and fordesigning/implementing the measurement frameworks necessary to determine thesuccess of new efforts.Members of the team are the go-to people in the department when there arequestions pertaining to the operational model or data integrity. On a typicalday, they're also turning around numerous ad hoc requests to create ortroubleshoot reports, running custom analyses to drive business value, andsummarizing findings and/or recommendations for key stakeholders.Here's What You'll Do As Part of the Team:- Provide strategic and analytical support to the management team and corefunctional areas within Customer Operations (Project Coordination, ProjectOperation, Customer Care, Credit, Billing, and Collections)- Build and manage analysis activities including models, dashboards andreporting packages.- Define and track the KPIs associated with existing operations and measurethe impact of new business initiatives- Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to operationsand key interface groups.- Translate data into meaningful information, to drive decision making,automation and process improvement, and uncover performance opportunities.Drive continuous improvement through the proactive identification of data,business, and/or process issues by partnering with the Excellence Team andits stakeholders- Research data sources to develop metrics for monitoring and proactivelyimproving operations business; develop quantitative operational andfinancial models as needed.- Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processesthat aid operational performance management.- Advocate for data quality and support a culture of data-driven decisionmaking throughout the business- Manage analytics and longer term data infrastructure projects as necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful:- 3+ years experience with data and/or business analysiscreating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes,projects or proceduresworking with business users and technical staff to develop strategies forpotential system support/toolsmetrics modelingprocess re-engineering- Deep expertise in Excel, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, Oracle andother dashboard / data analytics packages (e.g., R, SQL, etc.)- Experience using Google for Work Suite- Applied knowledge of financial and business metrics- Strong desire to learn and develop new skill sets- Constant attention to detail and data quality- Customer-focused perspective, and a strong interest in using data tobetter understand customer behavior- Experience and confidence visualizing and presenting data for Senior -- Management and operational stakeholders- Strong relationship management skills- Independently manage day-day activitiesPhysical Demands:- Ability to perform normal office duties- Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determineaccuracy of work- Ability to interact and participate in meetingsWE OFFER COMPETITIVE PAY -- SALARY INFORMATION NOT DISCLOSED, AND CAN BEDISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
