Current Need

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, Co. This position is responsible for the operational activities Monday through Friday.

  • Responsible for a variety of tasks including; receiving, putaway, replenishment, cycle counting, inventory picking, loading, housekeeping

  • May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices.

  • Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work

  • Ensures associate safety and builds a positive collaborative team

  • Continuous development of direct reports, including coaching, direct feedback, and written evaluations

Minimum Requirements

4 years operational experience including 2 years managerial experience

Critical Skills

  • 2 years experience working as a supervisor, trainer or leader of a department or group

  • 4 years experience working in a warehouse/distribution/transportation environment

  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with WMS systems

  • LMS experience preferred

  • Preferred performance management experience

  • Experience as a diverse people leader with proven results

  • RF equipment experience preferred

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Powered Industrial equipment certification preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Excellent time manager

  • Critical thinker

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Conflict resolution experience preferred

Education

2-year degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

General Warehouse/Distribution Center environment

The ability to walk 3-5 miles per day and be on the floor 85% of the day
