Find out more atwww.accesscorp.com.Our Benefits:We offer a comprehensive health and welfare package including a free, highdeductible medical plan for single team members, dental coverage, a401(k) with a generous company match, flexible spending, plus life anddisability insurance.We also offer best-in-class rewards and wellnessprograms, plus an incredible team member discount program and of course,generous paid time off.Job SummaryThe Operations Supervisor assists record center and transportation specialistteam members in daily operations by providing support and direction, withthe input and direction of the Market Leader.Primary Functions:Assist Market Leader in managing record center and transportation specialistteam members in determining and monitoring workload, schedules, timeoff, and general operations activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency,safety and security, while meeting Access SOP standards and Client ServiceLevel Agreements.Complete daily operational tasks related to the branch including, but notlimited to, maintaining appropriate inventory, managing the destructionprocess for all clients, facilitating perm-outs, and organizing recordsfor productivity, safety, incentives, maintenance, meetings and training.Participate in the training of team members on systems, scanners,workflows and procedures and provide feedback to Market Leader on team memberperformance as needed.Participate in candidate interviews as needed.Participate in counseling Record Center and Transportation Specialist TeamMembers when performance issues arise and provide feedback to Market Leader onperformance reviews of team members.Ensure compliance with appropriate OSHA regulations and ensure all accidentsand injuries are properly reported.In collaboration with Market Leader, ensure facility, as well as allvehicles, are safe and clean and follow through on any repairs ormaintenance as needed.Ensure completion of all scheduled Record Center Audits.Notify the Market Leader of all un-reconcilable exceptions within 48 hours.Organize and maintain records for all productivity, safety, incentives,maintenance, meetings and training.Meet or exceed budgetary and KPI targets.Secondary Functions:Lead safety and security meetings and advise the appropriate manager of anyviolations.Know and understand defined role in the Company Disaster Recovery Plan.Create an environment of collaboration with team members.Lead weekly Record Center and/or and Transportation Specialist team meetings.Other Responsibilities:Comply with all company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Education and Years of Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.3 years past work experience in a service industry required.1 year experience leading service-oriented teams required.Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Must possess basic computer skills.Must have solid supervisory skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong customer service skills; values customers and communicates with themin a professional manner.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to adhere to and enforce all safety and security procedures.Must have the abi
