If this fitsyour career goal, we can't wait to welcome you on board.The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:* Typically manages professional employees who are responsible forforecasting, financial modeling and/or commission calculations.* Using knowledge of company products, services, support and technology,oversees Sales Operations activities to achieve company goals.* Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate andprompt forecast submissions.* Works with Sales and Finance Departments to develop and administer thecompany's worldwide sales forecast.* Works with Sales Management, Sa les Operations, Training and/orMarketing to develop and implement programs to improve both the quality andquantity of sales activities and sales of company products during each stageof the customer buying process.* Develops measurement models and uses diagnostic tools to help identify salesperformance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force trainingneeds.* Recommends strategic priorities, establishes sales force performancemetrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain andimprove the company's competitive advantage in the market.* May evaluate and design sales incentive plans in line with analyses.* Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to useresources to meet schedules and goals.* Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affectimmediate organization(s).* Acts as advisor to team of analysts and coordinators to meet schedulesand/or resolve technica l problems.* Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements and may havebudget responsibilities.* Manages the coordination of the activities of a section or department withresponsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job fun
