• With regard to that portion of the work performed, develop complete understanding of contract plans, specifications, applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements.

• Observe functioning of operational equipment or systems to determine need for adjustments and identify any safety hazards you or fellow employees may be subject to, taking all necessary corrective actions to eliminate or minimize hazards.

• Assist in identifying and reporting rework and non-conforming issues.

• Related two-year degree or equivalent relevant heat-treat experience and strong mathematical aptitude.

• Must be willing and able to relocate temporarily or for a longer term period to project sites as needed.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced district or project office environment. Must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and staff while maintaining a diverse workload. Sit, stand, see, walk, talk and listen. Occasionally lift and move objects up to 80 pounds.
