We pay top wages for these positions.The motorcoach operator for Halliburton crews is responsible for safelytransporting passengers/crews to a designated destination on time. Theywill be responsible for the vehicle they are assigned to drive as well asgetting the crews and their gear to their destinations in a safe,comfortable and timely manner, within DOT guidelines.Duties include:-Conducts thorough pre and post trip checks of the motorcoach.-Operates all company vehicles safely and courteously, including motorcoaches up to 45 feet in length, on all public roads, highways, gravel roads, unpaved dirt roads, leased roads, and required private property, within cities and mountainous regions, in all weather conditions.-Provides exceptional customer service and acts in a courteous and professional manner at all times, regardless of the circumstances-Transports passengers in a safe and comfortable environment, while being on time. This can include early or late crew shifts starting at midnight or noon.-Assists passengers on and off the motorcoach safely and courteously.-Conducts accurate passenger counts.-Loads and unloads crews personal items stored in the luggage compartments, respectfully and safely, while wearing personal protection equipment.-Follows coordinates or crews verbal directions to and from the job sight, in a safe and timely fashion.-Maintains order on the bus and informs passengers of safety rules and passenger related laws when necessary.-Maintains accurate vehicle inspections and records of duty status and miles driven while using onboard recording device or on paper.-Complies with company schedule and ability to work excess of normal working hours as workloads and seasonal activities are encountered.-Complies with all company and client safety policies and procedures.(Marginal Functions)-Writes and reviews equipment issues and reports to proper person.-Fuels the motorcoach as needed.-Performs minor mechanical maintenance while away from home terminal, to include maintaining proper tire pressure, and checking and maintaining proper fluid levels.-Must be able to follow Diesel Exhaust Fluid Guidelines (DEF).-Explains/demonstrates emergency procedures to passengers and safety equipment on the motorcoach.-Maintains contact with the dispatcher(s) as appropriate.-Any additional duties that may be deemed necessary to accomplish the trip in a satisfactory way.-Contributes to process improvement on a regular basis.-Attend required training and or meetings as assigned by the dispatcher and as needed per customer requirements.Required Skills-Possess and maintain Class A or B CDL-Must have Passenger and Air Brake endorsements-Must be a careful, patient, non-aggressive driver with an excellent driving record-Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, and back screen per DOT regulations as required-Must be able to drive evenings and weekends as needed-Skilled with maneuvering a coach in tight places without any incidents or damage-Adept defensive driving techniques-Exceptional customer service and ability to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times, regardless of the circumstances-Ability to maintain a professional appearanceRequired Experience-High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred-Two years of CDL driving experience with Class A or B license is preferredJob Location-Denver, Colorado, United StatesPosition T
