Location: Denver, CO Description:The Operations Specialist is responsible for order entry into the Entinuumsystem, initial customer contact for problem solving, ensuring that loadsare confirmed with carriers, and that orders are billed timely andaccurately. ResponsibilitiesInitial Phone Contact and Order EntryReceive customer calls using a pleasant and helpful strategyIdentify customer needsEnter orders into the Entinuum system in a timely mannerHandle carrier and customer calls in a timely manner when delivery problemsexistIdentify customer problems and connect customer to other departments forresolutionCoordinate with supply department to get best possible sourceImmediately contact FS&S group when a service call comes to them.
