Colorado Business Bank is currently seeking a Client Operations Specialist Iat our Boulder location. We offer a friendly, professional workenvironment, an excellent starting salary and an outstanding benefitpackage, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), tuitionassistance and stock purchase plan.The Client Operations Specialist I assists in the efficient administrativeoperations of processing financial transactions and providing quality serviceto banking customers.Essential Functions: Processes all work through Teller or Branch Capture System. Receives and processes deposits from banking/commercial/courier customers. Sells and processes foreign currency, foreign draft orders,collection items, credit card advances, cashier s checks and redeems USSavings Balances cash drawer to ensure accurate cash position and maintainingcash limits Operates and balances currency and coin counting equipment whileprocessing coin and currency orders for both internal and external customers May work with all virtual and offsite vaults regarding balancing,customer deposit discrepancies, and CTR input. Greet customer or receive phone call inquires, some of which may bereferred to other appropriate departments or individuals based on customerneed Ability to work Drive up Facility. Processes requests for customer service, such as balance inquiries andstop payments. Assists with balancing the cash vault and shipping / ordering coin andcurrency to / from the vendor. Exercise awareness in regards to suspicious activity, money launderingor fraudulent behavior as it relates to cash transactions and overalltransaction activity and document any such behavior so SAR filings can beconsidered.Job Qualifications:Knowledge, Skill and Ability: Currency/coin counting skills. Effective communication skills. Ten key and data entry skills. Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Bankingsystems. Strong Customer service skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in afast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment.
