Must have hands-on approach and provide feedback to Center operations personnel on a continuous basis. Be able to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple project timelines at the same time.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Responsible for the daily operations of the batch-staging and/or label-pack areas of the facility.2. Schedules and coordinates daily production and picking operations.3. Supervises and able to perform the labeling, packaging, and batch staging processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and established policies and methods to meet production commitments.4. Responsible for the continuous development of process improvements and efficiencies.5. Works on problems of moderate scope where an analysis of the situation or data requires a review of identifiable causes.6. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.7. Acts as advisor to other sub-assembly operations and becomes actively involved as required to meet schedules or resolve problems.8. Frequently interacts with human resources, subordinates, outside customers, and functional peer groups at various management levels.9. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules etc.10. Provide general or direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled non-exempt employees.11. Assigns duties, performs employee performance evaluations, and manages conflict and resolution12. Works overtime as needed/mandated to complete job tasks.13. Ability to manage large groups of people.14. Administer corrective actions if needed.15. Present daily scheduling information to management on a daily basis.16. Cannot wear jewelry, visible piercings, make-up, false nails, gels, or false eye-lashes due to the nature of the products being made.QualificationsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Requires a Bachelor's Degree or senior manufacturing experience.2. Experience in all aspects of manufacturing/production processes.3. Management experience preferred.4. Microsoft Office products experience required.5.
