The Learning Experience Field Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas

The Field Operations Manager is a cross-functional leader primarily responsible for the implementation of programs and strategic goals for centers in a specific territory.

  • Leads field programs and initiatives from launch through sustainment.

  • Collaborates with corporate departments to create, roll-out and implement new programs and marketing strategies. Supports / Leads community outreach efforts including “Work & Family” initiatives and relationships

  • Supports / Leads new center set up according to plans / specifications.

  • Supports / Leads the training of staff on curriculum, marketing, IT programs and other initiatives.

  • Asses, coach and influence center leadership to ensure sustained improvements, behaviors and results.

  • Builds trust and rapport with, Franchisee’s and Corporate personnel while serving as a business consultant and ensuring best practices are followed at all levels.

  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

  • Bachelor Degree in business, or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong project management

  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills.

  • Multi-Unit Operations, i.e. hotel, restaurant, and /or franchise concepts
