JOC Operations Supervisor

Operate and maintain a JOC at Curacao on a continuous 24/7 basis. Develop and implement a

JOC plan IAW CDRL A011 which is also in the Curacao FOL IEMP 10-2. Maintain

qualifications necessary to operate all Land Mobile Radio (LMR), Very High Frequency (VHF),

Ultra High Frequency (UHF) radios, and information systems used in the JOC. Coordinate

aircraft mission requirements with deployed units at the direction of the FOL/CC and/or

Director/Assistant Director of Operations (DO/ADO). The JOC shall serve as the focal point for,

but not limited to the following:

a. Operational issues

b. Air Tasking Orders (ATO)

c. Daily Intention Messages (DIM)

d. Force Protection Conditions (FPCON)

e. In/Out processing badge/cell phones

f. In/Out checking of site vehicles

g. Country Clearance processing

h. Status/information on critical facilities and infrastructure
