As an Investment Servicing Specialist in the Chase Wealth Management Support Services area, you will perform the functions necessary, based on policies, procedures, and regulations, to ensure that new and existing managed accounts have been set up properly and meet our quality standards, while assisting our financial advisors by providing inbound and outbound phone support. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that focus on quality and customer service. Knowledge in annuities and/or securities industry is a requirement as is previous experience in a quality review environment.

In addition the position will follow up on pending/outstanding case requirements to facilitate getting account paperwork to the carriers so they can issue client contracts. The second area this role will support is within the quality review process across Annuities/529 Operations. This individual will complete a detailed review of individual contracts submitted by financial advisors and provide constructive feedback to the annuities staff and management. A comprehensive knowledge of departmental procedures and the controls environment is required. This individual needs to identify gaps related to process review, procedure effectiveness and present trends to management team.

  • Requires previous brokerage, annuity, 529 or retirement product experience

  • Previous call experience is preferred

  • Requires 1+ year experience in quality review

  • Requires demonstrated leadership ability in a variety of roles and functions

  • Ability to conduct complex research projects with minimum supervision

  • Firm grasp of quality review process with progressively complex situations

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, production environment

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work individually and as part of a team

  • Prefer process mapping and controls experience

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Sharp presentation and communication skills

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
