Position Summary:

Working primarily from their home based office, the Connections Learning Program Operations Administrator

will have the key responsibility to prepare regular and ad hoc reports for internal audiences with regard to enrollment data to support the enrollment processes for the diverse range of Connections Learning Partner Programs. As a member of the CL

Program Operations team, this position will report to the CL Program Operations Support Senior Manager and will work closely with and across the various functional teams within the business.

The individual filling this position will work part-time from their home office; however, there will be a required in-office training period of 4-6 weeks with the expectation that on an ongoing basis they will regularly be working in the Columbia office

1 day a week to facilitate team meetings, work review, and trainings.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high level of communication with all stakeholders to review, assess, discuss or solve a problem or potential solution;

  • Assist with developing and reviewing key program operation processes with corporate departments;

  • Monitor, track, and audit data for inconsistencies and errors and develop processes to identify and remedy data inaccuracies and/or missing information;

  • Intake and review requests coming from multiple departments; this may include reviewing newly identified requirements or requests for modifications to current processes that are required to better serve new or different types of clients;

  • Use Excel to manipulate data reports using formulas and pivot tables to create data summaries;

  • Establish/manage project timelines and prioritize daily/weekly work, especially when “quick turnaround” or “crises” requests arise;

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where skills are challenged; and

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on data transformation

  • Comfortable with technology and experience learning new technologies

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as across teams to build consensus and solve problems serving multiple users/internal clients

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment where skills are challenged;

  • Must be task driven with the ability to focus on problem solving and meeting deadlines

  • Strong work ethic, ability to develop positive work atmosphere and motivate other team members and partners
