PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Operations Analyst Analystto support our Colorado Springs, CO location.Candidate will provide direct support to both Mission Command Training Program(MCTP) Warfighter and Joint Exercise Support. Coordinate directly withMCTP to provide required space exercise support. Responsible providing Quadcharts, Executive Summaries (EXSUMS) and input to the SMDC G31. Usingthe Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process, provide exercise planning forongoing and scheduled command exercises. Develop and provide exerciseobjectives to be approved by senior SMDC leaders. Assist in developingTraining Objectives for the training audience. Produce a Warning Order and anOperation Order for the conducted and tasking for units in time for units torespond appropriately. The required forces will be input into Joint TrainingInformation System (JTIMS) as requested forces. Develop storylines andevents to exercise the training objectives to be evaluated. Joint MasterScenario List (JMESL) will be used to plan and store these events beforeexercise execution and execute this events. Additionally, provide exerciseexecution support to include controlling the planned storylines and injectingdeveloped Master Scenario Event List (MSEL). Provide Space Subject MatterExpertise as an Observer Controller / Trainer (OC/T) to support MCTP.Use the Joint Lesson Learned Information System (JLLIS) tool to collectLessons/After Action Review (AAR) comments to achieve events thatoccurred during the exercise.
