Job Description

KBRwyle/CAS has an immediate requirement for a BMDS Operations & Planning and Exercise Planning/Support Subject Matter Expert to support the 100th MD Brigade (and 49th BN) in the development and execution of comprehensive Anti-terrorism, Force Protection, and Physical Security Programs, Plans, and Operations Orders. Location of support is Colorado Springs CO. The selected candidate will the BDE and BN in development and execution of programs and plans to be complaint with applicable Army Regulations, DOD Regulations, Unified Facilities Criteria, and SI 538-2. Assist in the planning and execution of site security exercises and evaluations. Assist the BN and BDE AT/FP sections and the Physical Security officers with the myriad staff actions, reviews, inspections and analysis required while upgrades to the Fort Greely, Alaska Missile Defense Complex and the Fort Drum, New York IDT security infrastructure continue.

Experience with Antiterrorism (AT), Operations Security (OPSEC) and Physical Security. Experience with Military Police, National Guard Bureau (States of Colorado and/or Alaska preferred), Critical Site Security, development of security system requirements, Force Development for security forces, and experience with USSTRATCOM SI 538-2. Strong research skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to operate well in team environment. Experience with developing agendas, briefings and briefing materials. Must be proficient briefing senior-level personnel, proficient delivering briefings and running meetings; work groups. Proficient with use of Microsoft Office family of software.

Bachelors degree and 15 years of experience is required.

A SECRET clearance is required. Must be able to upgrade to a TS.

One or more years of Air Defense (preferably Ground –based Midcourse Defense (GMD)), Planning and conducting External Evaluations (EXEVALS) of security of BMD sites. Military (preferably Army) staff officer experience. Experience at USASMDC/ARSTRAT, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Fort Greely, Alaska Garrison, USNORTHCOM, USSSTRATCOM a plus.

A Masters degree in a security related field is desired.
