Enterprise Role Description

This position is responsible for receiving and logging incoming USPS mail. Receive overnight mail and deliver to production for same-day processing. Operate high-speed mail sorter and perform routine equipment maintenance. Prepare mail trays for delivery to the production floor. Responsible for archiving imaged work from production which include: retrieving boxes from production and delivering to storage room, completing tracking process for recall and managing the off site storage process. Will be responsible for recalling boxes for research purposes. Responsible for preparing/mailing closed account mail per forwarding instructions and mailing of merchandise received. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and PCI standards. Proactively identify and manage risk, leveraging the Risk Framework. Understand and live the values that support our culture. Adhere to policies and procedures. Stay informed of key priorities and business updates.Role

Required Skills:

Heavy lifting up to 20 lbs

Standing for long periods of time

Routine equipment maintenance

PC knowledge

Prior Banking experience preferred
