Work You ll DoLead and deliver client engagements to identify, design, and implement creative strategic business and technology solutions for clients. Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific client requirements and interpreting reports on outputs. Execute e-sourcing and procurement related projects from the strategy through implementation phases with a focus on business process review and design. Direct the identification of key client business issues, apply analytical concepts, validate results, and develop recommendations for the client in the context of supply chain operations. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for client engagements, coordinate activities between work streams, and identify changes in scope. Implement full procurement transformations, including e-sourcing, organizational changes, and business process reviews using Oracle P2P technologies and Coupa. Facilitate the performance of supply chain planning and process designs, including the utilization of advance planning systems and tools, specifically SAP and Oracle. Supervise team members in analyzing and developing business process architectures through the mapping of business processes, identification of gaps, and utilization of mapping tools, including MS Visio. Define standard sourcing and procurement processes for supply-chains including direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, and vendor/supplier management. Oversee testing and deployment efforts of global procurement support systems and supplier enablement functions. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Information Technology or a related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic and technical consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company. Must have five years of experience with:Implementing full procurement transformations, including e-sourcing, organizational changes, and business process reviews using Oracle P2P technologies and Coupa;Facilitating the performance of supply chain planning and process designs, including the utilization of advance planning systems and tools, specifically SAP and Oracle;Analyzing and developing business process architectures through the mapping of business processes, identification of gaps, and utilization of mapping tools, including MS Visio;Defining standard sourcing and procurement processes for supply-chains including direct and indirect materials, strategy and operational procurement, and vendor/supplier management; andWorking on testing and deployment efforts of global procurement support systems and supplier enablement functions.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field plus three years of experience.
