Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-7 years of experience


Five years industry or operations experience preferred.

Position Summary:

  • Provides direct oversight of daily operations for designated AOS colleagues.

  • Provides support and oversight of DM communication by designated AOS colleagues as it relates to operational support.

  • Responsible for regular communication/feedback to the Area Operations Manager regarding operational performance for branches and colleagues assigned for oversight with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing expenses including losses.

  • Works with Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and other branch colleagues to ensure adherence to operational processes, guidelines, and corporate standards.

  • Responsible for reviewing risk-related items such as but not limited to Reg CC holds, GL processing, branch security-related items serving as a liaison with Audit, Operational Risk, Legal and Compliance and Corporate Retail Operation segments on relevant operational issues.

  • Audits various processes to ensure that appropriate Operations functions are carried out and that operation policies are implemented supporting the Teller job family development identifying training needs as appropriate.

Risk Management and Compliance:

All colleagues are accountable for risk, including but not limited to the following: credit, market, operational, legal, compliance/regulatory, strategic reputational, liquidity, and any other unique business segment risks; makes decisions and acts in accordance with established policies and procedures; follows all relevant consumer compliance laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the results of any audit or regulatory examinations. Completes all required training in a timely fashion.
