Field Force Operations Lead is responsible for maintaining and managing multiple field applications under different business units and countries. This role will support cross-functional activities related to CRM Operations, field alignment, customer master, technology updates and reporting domains to ensure success of field operations. Role will be also directly work with global operations team and other regional leads in US, Latin America and Asia-Pac to ensure rationalized and harmonized technology configuration and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations of CRM platform and support activities for multiple business units in 35 countries across Europe and MEA with a base of about 3200 users.

  • Responsible for planning, supporting and monitoring of customer Master & field alignments changes within CRM.

  • Work as the primary interface between business partners and technology vendors in order to analyze and validate published business requirements and turn them into functional solutions.

  • Collaborate with multiple regional and global teams to ensure harmonization of global/regional Release Management of technology solutions.

  • Establish strong working relationship with IT Plan team in Sales & Marketing domains to develop roadmap aligned with portfolio planning.

  • Work closely with strategic partners, providing the leadership necessary to synchronize business and IT processes and ensure compliance with BMS policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with business partners and technology vendors to discuss their business needs and explore advancement of solutions with vendors depending on current and future needs.

  • Lead and work closely with matrix teams from BMS and external vendors to ensure a smooth execution of support and project activities.

  • Manage a team of 2-3 regional operations analysts, 1-2 regional testers and multiple vendor teams to execute on CRM projects and release management.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, is required

  • Relevant experience in Information Technology with 8-10 years of pharmaceutical experience or other relevant CRM and Field Force processes

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing CRM systems specifically Veeva is very desirable

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a broad matrix team and ability to influence others and achieve results

  • Excellent business and transaction processing skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good leadership and decision making skills, with the ability to influence others

  • Proven strong client management skills particularly with senior level

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities
