Analyst, Global TA Operations
The Talent Acquisition Operations Team is responsible for all back end operations of recruitment including, but not limited to, project and policy work, system configuration, reporting and analytics, and recruitment processing. Based in all 4 regions of the world, at home and in global offices, the dynamic team works collaboratively on project work and recruitment operations to enhance the Global recruitment function at S&P Global.
The Operations Analyst will be required to apply knowledge of HR principles, business drivers, project management, and the external market to contribute to enable best in class recruiting practices. The Analyst will be involved in enhancing process and policy for both the Talent Acquisition team as well as all S&P Global employees.

Provide administrative and project support to the global Talent Acquisition team; includes collaboration on HR cross-functional projects
- Administer systems, including:*
change requests, release management, and user education and adoption
Review and update processes and policies for operational excellence (global relevance, compliance, efficiency, and efficacy)
Audit quality of data underlying metrics; suggest corrective action as needs identified
- Contribute to creation of new training programs and quality-assess existing programs (interview - selection practices)
Manage Talent Acquisition third party staffing agency vendors and contracts
Manage candidate reimbursement processing inquiries
Process and validate invoices, monthly expense reports, and employee referral payments
Explore process improvement initiatives and help to implement value-add solutions
Contribute content to the TA intranet and intra-team communications
Undergraduate Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or other HR related field
Excellent problem solving ability and strong business acumen
Outstanding time management and communication skills, verbal and written
Results and process-oriented with emphasis on operational excellence.
Team-based, collaborative interpersonal style.
Successful candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S indefinitely. Sponsorship is not available.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Workday Recruiting Module
Capacity to expand, learn, and make change
Outstanding analytical skills with experience developing and using metrics
Experience with vendor management as well as general management to SLAs and contracts
Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues in a global environment
Outstanding analytical skills necessary to spot trends within metrics and provide supporting narrative and recommendations
