Job Description

Center Valley, PA - The Field Operations Analyst will act as a liaison within the Asset Management department with the goal of initiating, overseeing, recommending, and analyzing new business reporting/projects that will be efficient and contribute to the success of the department. The incumbent will be responsible for the understanding and analysis of all inventory processes and for leveraging this understanding to ensure that the OAI inventory data integrity is maintained and optimized. He/She will provide inventory analysis, supporting new projects, and overseeing parts of the department to maintain or enhance business practices. EOE Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled

Job Duties:

  • Study and analyze the business processes of Corporate and Product groups in order to adapt and translate these processes to the Company’s ERP system (SAP) and asset tracking system on Salesforce.com.

  • Manage projects in relation to goals and strategic objectives set by management.

  • Perform cross functional project analysis to maintain or improve financial and inventory efficiency, accuracy and documentation.

  • Play an integral role in various activities of the Asset Management team including overseeing, evaluating and recommending new project ideas; disseminating and communicating project results; and providing thought leadership regarding the expansion of the Asset Management program.

  • Interface on a close and regular basis with divisional staff in order to learn all of the field inventory business processes involved in the completion of their work on the SAP and SFDC systems.

  • Develop technical reports and write ups based on both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

  • Identify gaps and/or inconsistencies between multiple data-sets and developing strategies in order to enhance or support business functions.

  • Perform all other essential duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.

  • Ability to work in a cross functional and fast-moving environment is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary.

  • Proven leadership ability with experience leading projects/groups to successful completion is essential.

  • Knowledge of the SAP ERP software package is necessary.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Extensive experience overseeing, researching, recreating and resolving inventory integrity issues is necessary.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent is desired.
