Seasonal telephone operator/Internet Order Coordinator

Assist customers by answering and directing incoming phone calls. This includes providing excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns, enrolling customers in Lowe's programs, and opening registers when needed.
Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
6 months experience using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information.
6 months experience in any field answering telephones and transferring calls in a multi-phone line, fast-paced environment.
6 months experience in any field maintaining files and paperwork, including printing and organizing reports, and assembling receipts in order.
6 months retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, providing information (e.g., product location, directions), greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
6 months experience as a Telephone Operator at other home improvement or hardware retailer.
6 months experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store.
6 months retail experience as cashier, including processing customer transactions (e.g., sales, returns, refunds, gift cards, credit card applications), inspecting and scanning merchandise (e.g., checking bottom of basket, looking inside always), and cash handling.
