Post Holdings Warehouse Operations Trainer in Carrington, North Dakota

  • Follows and demonstrates forklift procedures and assist development of forklift operators during shift.

  • Reports safety, sanitation, forklift operation, and process issues to the Warehouse Lead.

  • Assist with warehouse operations as directed by the Warehouse Lead.

  • Assist in the development, preparation and delivery of food safety, safety, and warehouse operations training.

  • Assist with employee concerns and issues in a proactive, professional manner.

  • Practice all company safety, food safety , and employee policies and procedures .

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.

  • Ensure that all packaging supplies and finished goods are rotated and consolidated.

  • Provide clerical shipping support for the department as needed.

  • Maintain a professional and positive company attitude in all situations.

Other Job Functions:

  • Communicates with other departments when assistance is needed.

  • Promote employee safety programs and objectives.

  • Promote quality programs and objectives.

  • Promote employee relations programs and objectives.

  • Participate in departmental safety and food safety audits.

  • Perform any other duties required for a smooth operating warehouse, as assigned by management. This includes filling in for the Warehouse lead when needed.
