POSITION SUMMARY:

Working under the supervision of the Director, Pharmacy Network, the Pharmacy Operations Support assumes responsibility for supporting the Specialty Pharmacy team. The Pharmacy Operations Support will also be responsible for collection of reports, administrative and clerical services, and troubleshooting for our Pharmacies.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Address Network Pharmacy questions that arise (Pending fees, delivery issues, excessive/insufficient inventory, etc.) Maintain reports, including the collection of operational reports from Network Pharmacies, consolidation of reports for internal and external clients, review of reports to ensure accuracy, and follow-up with Network Pharmacies on discrepancies in reports. Assist with Pharmacy Initiatives, including retro-billing tracking, reconciliation of inventory and transactions, communication with the Network Pharmacies on issues that need to be resolved, assist in the creation (and update of) SOP’s and Process flows. Assist in launch of new products/programs within Network Pharmacies, and collaborate with Programs, Clinics and Pharmacy on initiatives and new launches. Generate fact sheets and contact lists, Process flows, Training, documents and provides feedback on new program launches. Forward appropriate communication to Network Pharmacies Ensure necessary training is distributed to NPs is completed. Assist training department with names of employees who will require training, AE training, program-specific training (new launches, retraining, etc.), and certifications (CAPHO). Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma preferred; Two or more years of related pharmacy experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); Organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy; Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations; Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Excellent time management skills; Bilingualism, French/English is an asset Job: Pharmacy Jobs
