Operational Acct Mgmt Adv I

Job Description:

 Manages the operational business relationship management of mid-size accounts.

 Conducts and reviews business and operational customer analysis.

 Resolves operational issues with team members in support of the customer requirements.

 Conducts research, analyzes data, and presents findings for projects of low to moderate complexity.

 Performs operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supports improvement plans

 Supports solution development with guidance at the business unit or country level.

Education and Experience Required

 First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

 Typically 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.

Knowledge and Skills

 Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.

 Basic understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle.

 Good research and analytical skills. Some familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
