Operational Acct Mgmt Adv I
Manages the operational business relationship management of mid-size accounts.
Conducts and reviews business and operational customer analysis.
Resolves operational issues with team members in support of the customer requirements.
Conducts research, analyzes data, and presents findings for projects of low to moderate complexity.
Performs operational performance reviews with the customer/partner and supports improvement plans
Supports solution development with guidance at the business unit or country level.Education and Experience Required
First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.Knowledge and Skills
Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Basic understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle.
Good research and analytical skills. Some familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
