The Commercial Shared Services (CSS) is a component of the Global Ops organisation. At CSS we work on tasks that directly impact customers. We provide services to GE sales and service teams that enable them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality. Within the CSS organization the team has been put in place to enable Customer facing employees to spend the maximum of their time with the Client and help them throughout the whole Customer lifecycle.
From Customer onboarding, through Installed Base Management, preparation of price proposals and service contracts to various sales reporting, the team provides solutions for GE businesses in various domains (fields).
Act as a super user for ERP solutions, highlight and resolve all the concerns with Europe stakeholders
Identify discrepancies in terms of data management and process work flow
Analyze the root causes in all ERP related discrepancies
Provide high standard support in terms of ERP applications,
Ensure all process standards are properly documented in the Standard Operating Procedure and in uPerform
Drive compliance within processes and ensure process controls are in place as appropriate
Ensure automation projects are properly documented, stored and shared.
Provide hands-on automation support for ongoing business improvement needs of the commercial teams
Prepare and present periodic reports and dashboards for the client group
Build and maintain strong working relationship with the local operation and customer
Besides the main tasks and responsibilities listed above, responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by her/his supervisor or manager.
Written and verbal fluency in English
College or University degree
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
Professional style when dealing with business clients & controllership mindset
Ability to provide excellent customer service, customer-focused approach
Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers
Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
Strong analytical skills
Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
Proficient IT skills including Excel (VBA) / Access / Visio / PowerPoint
Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
College or University degree in Data base management or IT
At least one additional European languages (other than Hungarian)
