The taste:

Support delivery of the business reporting & analysis agenda for Diageo Operations. You will generate regular local & ad hoc reporting & analysis for different countries. The remit will primarily cover Key Performance Indicator reporting and analysis. A key deliverable is the generation & articulation of business analysis & insights with relevant in-market stakeholders as well as providing ad-hoc reporting & decision support as required.

How to serve:

  • Adopt Finance process knowledge and strengthen Operational insight in D&A supported areas

  • Develop knowledge across operational processes – Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay

  • Continously deliver exceptional reporting, analysis & decision support services, working with Reporting and business counterparts to identify opportunities to drive business outcomes.

  • Actively support the Reporting in developing a comprehensive and integrated Reporting service for the global Diageo business.

  • Help deploy, understand and utilise reporting & analysis capability platform, tools and systems across Supply. Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP and Micro-strategy, with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making.

  • Comply with all controls and governance at all times


  • University / College degree in finance / accounting

  • At least 3+ years working experience within Reporting, Financial Controlling, FP&A area at a multinational environment or SSC

  • Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior stakeholder level, virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.

  • Fluent English knowledge

  • Relevant experience with SAP FI /CO modules

  • Strong Excel knowledge

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Hard working personality, flexibility, inquisitiveness, proactivity
