TSYS Trainer I - Customer Service/Operations in Broomfield, Colorado

The Operations / Customer Service Trainer is responsible to assess, design, deliver, and evaluate training and blended learning solutions that support employee development for TSYS products and operational requirements to exceed quality expectations. ​

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with peers, subject matter experts, and management teams to develop and execute programs that meet project and company goals

  • Design and deliver training to a range of skill levels from new hires to advanced technical support

  • Create project plans to deliver new trainings from initial needs analysis through implementation and evaluation

  • Create and update training materials to ensure effective content that integrates into the overall operational training model

  • Incorporate active and scenario based training methods that limit lecture style delivery

  • Use classroom management techniques to provide best possible learning experience while adhering to time limitations

  • Design and develop interactive e-Learning courses including graphics, video, audio, etc.

  • Research and implement learning solutions and best practices

  • Continuously develop skills to deliver innovative, cutting edge training and development programs


  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and systems skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Excellent project management and time management skills with ability to handle competing priorities independently

  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills

  • Technical writing skills preferred

  • Ability to quickly understand new, complex technologies and concepts

  • Ability to embrace change with enthusiasm and collaborate with internal and external team members

  • Ability to identify and work with different learning styles and backgrounds

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a training/facilitator role, adult learning preferred

  • Experience developing instructional materials, a plus!

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate and SharePoint preferred

  • College degree preferred
