We are seeking an experienced Sr Specialist of Digital Marketing Operations who can connect the business needs, the consumer needs, manage process improvement, and help to evolve our digital platforms.
This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent small to medium sized initiatives across multiple platforms and teams. This individual will help develop business requirements, meet with stakeholders, document process flows, create wire frames & comps, write and lead projects through development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and launch. This person will be responsible for conducting pre/post process improvement analysis to measure success of project and identify additional optimization opportunities.

The Sr Specialist of Digital Marketing Operations is an influential, cross-functional leader responsible for driving significant and sustainable business results by removing barriers, understanding priorities of the business and consumer, and providing creative solutions within complex constraints.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Help support portfolio of guest facing websites by prioritizing efforts, helping stakeholders through training and troubleshooting, and becoming a subject matter expert on our technology.
Organize, orchestrate, and communicate high priority web issues impacting our consumers, our brands, or our business revenue.
Work with web designers, web developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, make recommendations, and manage small projects from concept to delivery.
Using a deep understanding of the business and customer needs, manage and prioritize web development efforts.
Identify needs and solutions to train and onboard others. Develop training material and deliver it via GoTo Meeting, in person meetings, and other techniques.
Work with other departments across all locations to ensure the best possible digital touch point for our consumers.
Be highly flexible and adaptable to ever-changing priorities and situations. Be comfortable working in situations where you do not have complete understanding of the issue or technology, and must depend on knowledge of others to work through a solution.
Four-year college degree is required; focus in marketing, communications, computer science, or management information systems are preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, business operations and /or business strategy, with responsibility for user experience development/management, e-commerce, online marketing and/or online business strategy (not only social media experience).
Proficient in MS Office, Experience with a database driven Content Management System, (CMS), basic HTML
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn by self-teaching techniques, without significant instructions.
Previous demonstration of process improvements from identification through execution.
Previous demonstration of training documentation, technical instruction, and knowledge management.
Strong understanding of website standards, usability, site design, and ecommerce preferred.
Ability to create and deliver a concise and compelling presentation.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team, and to lead teams in achieving goals. Experience managing many projects simultaneously to successful execution.
Travel to our various resorts and lodging properties will be required.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with business and IT teams.
Demonstrated track record of strong short and long term strategic planning.
Strong creative problem solving skills.
