Ensures staffing needsare met in accordance with governmental requirements. Develops and implementsrecruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.Develops and administers team member referral programs. Develops and managescontractual relationships with placement agencies, contract recruiters(retained and contingent), job boards, job fairs and various internetjob search websites for posting requisitions and surfacing candidates.Develops employment brand to ensure consistent corporate image throughoutrecruiting campaigns. Provides guidance to management on recruitment mattersand/or country specific affirmative action plans, as applicable. Submitsreports concerning hiring trends, attrition, candidate feedback, etc. toHuman Resources team and/or senior management.What Part Will You Play?*Manages the coordinating team in conducting full cycle on-boarding processfor all new hires, including background screenings, preparing new hirepackets and offer letters, data entry within the Human Resources InformationSystem (HRIS), I9 and e-verify processes, and orientation programdevelopment and delivery.*Recommends new approaches to policies and procedures to support the continualimprovement of the on-boarding process and implements new approaches withinthe coordinating team.*Conducts analyses to support workforce planning and the identification oftalent-related challenges; assists in the design and implementation ofsolutions to address identified opportunities.*Assists team members on organizational and people issues. May partner withother HR service areas to develop and deliver solutions to business unitchallenges.*Mitigates risk through the implementation of effective policies andprocedure. Seeks advice from legal experts and senior HR leaders as required.may act as point of contact in responding to client and regulatory bodies whendealing with audit and compliance issues.*Not an exhaustive list; other duties as assignedWhat Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications*Bachelor's Degree*Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accrediteduniversity is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degreemay be considered.*Typically a minimum of 3 years' experience within HR/Talent Acquisition.*related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years experiencein a supervisory position.Not Ready to Apply?
