JPMorgan Chase CAO Operations Strategy & Business Management PMO Project Manager - Associate in Brooklyn, New York

The KYC Project Management Office is responsible for control and oversight of the KYC Change Management process for KYC Operations and KYC Quality Assurance. Additionally, the team is responsible for ensuring controls are in place for all projects, communication to senior management is standardized and coordinated for CAO.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in tactical solutions for change management to ensure business as usual activities are executed in a controlled manner

• Facilitating business requirements and functional design discussions with Business Owners / requestors

• Researching and documenting current state processes and applying appropriate changes to support business requests/needs

• Conducting research and thorough analyses of data

• Provide Metrics Reporting for Change Management activities

• Communicating issues effectively with Business Leads and Project Managers through project implementation

• Engaging with the line operations team throughout implementation of projects

• Proactively seek to solution and close out issues

• Able to work with Powerpoint to provide presentations to update senior management

• Escalating project issues and risks appropriately

• Communicate with senior managers on project status

• Collaborating on user experience and business strategy

• Contributing to idea creation and project execution

• Monitor project post-execution and ensure long term implementation

• Capturing and communicating lessons learned from a project and applying them to future business requirements

• Sharepoint ownership by providing controls and oversight on KYC Utility documentation

• Able to review and ensure project scorecards have the appropriate communication to senior management

• Able to think outside the box and question processes and recommend solutions

• 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in Change Management and Project Management standards

• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven project management experience with documenting and writing business requirements and project plans

• Collaborates effectively with colleagues and other support partners

• Experience with facilitating meetings among stakeholders on various levels within the organization

• Ability to self-develop and independently problem solve under strict deadlines

• Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work

• Ability to recognize issues and influence and implement change

• Proactive, strong attention to details

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)

• Strong working knowledge of Sharepoint

• Experience with facilitating meetings among stakeholders on various levels within the organization
