AT&T Technical operations center manager in Brno, Czech Republic

This position requires management of 20 employees working in a 24/7 technical operations center offering support to US vendors operating on mobility equipment. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and network quality for US operations with respect to cell site maintenance activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • leading to 20 direct report employees

  • willing to work in 24/7 environment

  • telecommunications maintenance activities

  • metric reports

  • compliance tracking with distinct quality milestones

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years experience with managing 10 or more direct report employees

  • natural leader

  • experienced with Microsoft outlook, excel, power point and word

  • effective communication skills - communication with subordinates and leadership

  • self motivated and ability to work autonomously in satellite office

Education and Qualifications:

Business degree or equivalent experience

Must speak fluent English

Telecommunications experience is a plus
