  • Actively manage the USMA teams’ POA planning cycle to include:

  • Ownership of USMA POA planning and logistics to support overall meeting objectives

  • Work with internal teams to help build POA logistics along with working with National and Regional USMA Leadership on sales and launch meetings planning

  • Coordination between USMA functions, Sales, and CE Teams to ensure POA cycles supports overall integrated planning and key deliverables. Assist with both DCV and MSOI team support

  • Build and manage monthly Executive level USMA Performance presentation

  • Manage USMA Master Calendar and routine planning logistics

  • Assist in maintaining a consistent process for Account to Territory Alignment file that impacts Field Force Automation process for CRM tools & technology

  • Help manage day-to-day USMA budgets relative to specific projects and overall USMA spend as it relates to TRACE funding or sponsorship and membership spend

  • Provide overall operational support to all functions within USMA Strategic Planning and Operational Effectiveness team

  • Procurement lead for Vendor Contracts

  • Work with Field Force Automation to ensure CRM tools & technology automation

  • Support and interaction with key stakeholders cross-functionally which include Market Access functions, Brand and Sales leadership, field-based Account Managers, Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Training and other functional areas

Minimum Level of Job-Related Education: BA/BS Degree

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

  • Minimum 3 years of Market Access and Commercial experience

  • Market Access Payer Market or Marketing understanding preferable

  • Effective project management experience

  • Excellent quantitative abilities and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

  • Ability to work efficiently with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must have strong planning, organization, and operational skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines

  • Experience identifying trends and insights into development of a broader strategy and tactics

  • Demonstrated ability to operate successfully in heavily matrixed teams (Transversal Cooperation critical to success)

  • Proven track record of strong execution and results

  • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking

  • Ability to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders
