Woodard & Curran also aids employees in earning, upgrading, and keeping their certifications within the industry.Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will work directly with an experienced operator on a daily basis as part of the team. The ideal candidate should be focused and ambitious as career advancement opportunities are awarded based on performance. The successful candidate regularly participates in the daily operations and maintenance of our Industrial Wastewater Treatment facilities along with the Collection and Distribution Systems as directed by the Project Manager. This position requires the candidate to work a regular 40-hour week based on four (4) ten hour shifts of manned operation from Wednesday through Saturday from 6:30am to 4:30pm.Qualifications:High School or trade school diploma is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.2-4 years of experience in a Water and/or wastewater treatment facility operation and maintenance; or any equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.New Jersey Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator's License, either N, S, T license preferred or the ability to obtain through the operator's exam or reciprocity a must.OSHA 40hr.
