Talent Acquisition Manager – Pharmaceutical Client
We are looking for a Leader to drive our RPO Delivery for one of our Premier Pharmaceutical Clients.

In this highly visible Leadership role you will be responsible for:
Executing a strategic plan for these Client Programs.
Leading a Talent Acquisition Delivery process that is scalable, efficient and ensures we can deliver top talent to our Client timely.
Managing a team of Senior Pharma Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators/Schedulers and Vendor Management Specialists that are both onsite and virtual.
Ensuring all processes related to TA are effective and executed by the team flawlessly.
Continuously working to drive process improvement as area are identified.
Acting as a consultant to the customer, you will offer HR staffing solutions and objective recommendations to support the client's recruitment needs.
Ensuring the recruiting team is meeting and exceeding expectations for the service delivery, compliance, metrics, and quality standards as defined for the programs.
Achieving and exceeding program goals inclusive of Metrics and SLA’s.
Developing high-level relationships with suppliers and customers and deliver presentations to senior-level customer contacts.
Meeting financial targets and managing to a Program P&L.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
8+ years of Talent Acquisition Leadership Experience – preferably with an RPO Provider, however a strong Corporate TA background will be considered as well.
Experience and/or knowledge of hiring within the Pharma/Biotech industry is preferred.
Strong process orientation with a background of driving continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition.
Ability to work with Sr. Leaders/Hiring Managers in a Consultative way to ensure process effectiveness.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive, coupled with a strong understanding of operations and how it ties into business development and customer service is critical.
Experience driving Client growth and managing to a P&L.
Good communication, presentation and people skills are essential.
