Job Skills / Requirements
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent and provide us with a copy. Must be able to pass our pre-employment screening process including an in-depth criminal background investigation. Must disclose all criminal convictions and any criminal charges currently pending in the court system. Be mature in demeanor, personality and attitude. Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written, Have a stable work history. Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to our professional grooming standards. No visible tattoo(s)which cannot be covered up with a short sleeve shirt and pants. Possess strong customer service and public relation skills, and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds Must maintain a working telephone at all times in order for us to contact you. Must have a reliable means of transportation. Must have a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willing to apply for one. Must have a 20-hour training certificate or complete training within 30 days of employment. Ability to use Window based programs. Ability to multi-task during the work shift. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email). Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required by company needs.
Job Responsibilities (General): Working from a state of the art command center your duties will include the following: Answering incoming telephone calls, at times could be high volume. Directing/routing calls to the appropriate department or personal voice mails. Utilizing a state of the art scheduling system to track employee work schedules and to fill open positions due to call offs or requests for additional coverages. Will monitor officer on/off duty calls using our state of the art tele-communication system. Working with multiple Operations Managers to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
