markets with their suite of SW product designs Cloud deployments and IoT
In this role, you will:
Design, Develop, Implement and support the use of technologywith geographically distributed infrastructure systems. Provide management ofthe tactical IT plans to ensure they meet current needs and are responsive tothe future needs. Maintain the integrity of the systems with applying securitybest practices.
Manage all internal, co-located and/or cloud-based datacenter and related system.
Manage global IT assets including software licenses andhardware full lifecycle management.
Supervise and provide technical leadership to technicalstaff and ensure compliance with appropriate policies.
Develop and manage adherence to departmental ChangeManagement and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Define, develop, maintain, and test Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.
Participate in budgeting, process and manage ITInfrastructure related projects and investments.
Identify and respond to technology related professionalgrowth needs for all staff members and train staff appropriately.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors(Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years inleadership role.
Experienced in at least four of the following: Linux system administration, OpenStackAdministration, VMWare Administration, Python programming/Shell scripting,Network infrastructure, Load balancing

Knowledge/experience in Cloud Foundry
Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations or SaaSOperations preferred.
Hands-on management of SaaS platform.
Experience in implementation of Operational tools likedeployment, provisioning, monitoring, performance measurement tools etc.
Experienced in design, performance, availability andscalability of the infrastructure.
Understands cloud solution approaches from a technical(infrastructure), service management, financial and sourcing perspective.
Experienced in defining and leading proof of concepts andpilots to support the use of cloud computing.
Responsible for multiple infrastructure environments –development, staging, QA. R&D and production environment monitoring,performance, release/deployment, security, reliability, availability, capacity,latency, and other non-functional concerns.
Has demonstrated the initiative to explore alternatetechnology and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problemstatements and estimating efforts.
Experience in Designing and building advanced automatedInfrastructure deployment frameworks.
Able to provide hands-on technical leadership in design andsupport of Openstack environment
Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver whilementoring and helping team.
Able to ensure understanding of issues and present clearrationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Can use two-way communication to influence outcomesand ongoing results
