MCG Field Operations Administrator in Bloomfield, New Jersey

MCG is a premier service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants and standalone retailers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

MCG is looking for a part-time Field Operations Administrator to help assist the Field Operations team in a various capacities. You will provide outstanding internal and external service and support, promoting a positive and professional image for the MCG office. Your main responsibilities will involve general office administration and providing assistance in running the day-to-day operations of the office.

In this Field Operations Administrator role, you will help with the following areas:

  • Run and maintain reports both internal and external while assisting in centeralized tasks to help with Field Management productivity.

  • Assist with onboarding a high volume of MCG representitives, serving as an assistant to our Staffing Coordinator.

  • Recruitment: Leveraging our ATS to identify talent to fill open positions.

  • Internal database maintenance.

  • Working and assisting with cross-divisional projects, trainings, expenses, etc.

  • Assume responsibility for personal projects as assigned

  • Take initiative to identify and execute upcoming tasks and projects

  • Excellent English oral and written communications skills

  • Strong spelling and grammar

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Self-motivated

  • Recruitment experience is a plus
