The experience we would expect the ideal person to deliver is:



  1. Monitor, track, set-up schedule preventive maintenance to ensure on time completion and contract compliance, creating and sending the PM package to customers, uploading PM package into Maximo. Maintain the master calendar of all service events, for both SunPower Field Technicians as well as for the 3rd party vendor (service partners) scheduling of preventive maintenance, module washing, vegetation work order management.

  2. Answer incoming calls from PV technicians and customer and properly escalate when needed.

  3. Perform 3rd party vendor scheduling inspection site visit scheduling, module cleaning and vegetation work order management. Create reports for module cleaning and vegetation and send to customer. Monitor Service Request and work Orders within Maximo to ensure closure.

  4. Generate service quotes for time and material service requirements to customer.

  5. Follow up open quotes (drive T&M revenue)

  6. Generate invoices for completed T&M service

  7. Manage Work Orders, quotation, invoicing and other duties for large accounts and customer requiring us to use their vendor management system (example, Lowes/Sams, Target, J&J, CBRE, Corrigo and etc.)

  8. Generate PR within Oracle. Manage field parts ordering/acquisition, single point of contact for any and all parts required by the field.

  9. Coordinates part ordering and delivery to Logistic and Part Specialist.

  10. Invoice Reconciliation/Review and approve 3rd party vendor invoices using Accu-image and Oracle-iSupplier Portal.

  11. Uploading of service reports in Maximo/e-builder from our 3rd party vendor for documentation.

  12. New Supplier Vendor Enrollment and Update in the system.

  13. Adding new customer contact and update contacts of site owners/customer in Maximo.

  14. Equipment Calibration Tool Cycle Count Inventory and Reconciliation

  15. Admin task (Ad hoc) request from O&M Team.
