  • Compilation of route sheets for delivery personnel including locations and merchandise to be delivered.
  • Professionally answers the telephone and assist customers.
  • Process transfers and invoice appropriate customer accounts.
  • Provide customer support for invoicing inquires.
  • Complete/update and process customer applications and profiles.
  • File invoices, sales reports and request forms.
  • Verify to all appropriate parties that all pertinent paperwork in relation to vehicle accidents or work related accidents are completed.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of cash tickets with monies collected, verify amounts and make daily bank deposits.
  • Works professionally with all levels of the organization.
