Job Description The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning and ensuring execution of the initiatives to improve all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to hiring, on-boarding, continuing education, and leadership development strategies. They will work cross-functionally with human resources, recruiting, training, and key stakeholders to ensure optimal performance and metrics are achieved. This person will be responsible for program results and metrics to leadership. A successful candidate must have attention to detail, thorough working knowledge of business sales, and a track record of success with establishing strong internal relationships. Responsibilities Requires competency in employee focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Essential Functions Analyze complex problems, understand T-Mobile's risks, and design operational changes Manage multiple cross functional projects, provide status, manage risks, issues and measure KPIs Conduct operational and assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose solutions Develop relationships Exposure to recruiting or performance management Experience with Change Management Strong customer focus Organizational agility Innovation and problem solving Strong project and program management skills Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional management 5 +years of experience in leadership development, consulting, team effectiveness and coaching. Thorough understanding of business to business sales Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships at various levels within the organization. Skilled in leadership and development coaching. Strong understanding of management/leadership development and adult learning theories and their practical applications. Strong executive presence with senior leaders and abilities to influence at all levels within an organization. Track record of success establishing strong internal, cross functional relationships Demonstrated advanced knowledge of and experience with budget management, including experience with financial principles, Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Experience with team-based program management tools, such as eProject or Microsoft Project. Business to business sales experience Wireless Telecom experience a plus Statistics skills are a plus Education Minimum Required Bachelors Degree. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related Equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
