Job Title: Service Partner - Operations Specialist III
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is currently seeking a Service Partner, Greater China Group to support our sales operations in the Greater China area. This person will be responsible for strategizing, steering and realizing year on year growth in customers' consultative software and services solution to yield increase in market share, revenue, profit margin and productivity in Greater China via direct and indirect distribution channels. This person will need to possess exemplary leadership - to lead, to plan, to organize, to manage and to resolve differences with direct and indirect stakeholders to optimize deliverables within China. This person will also be counted on to excel in internal and external networking and marketing to strengthen and optimize communication of TGCS brand in Greater China.
Some of our top customers this Service Partner will be supporting: Walmart China, Toys R US, Yum Brands! (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut). These are our top global customers at the moment and this person will also need to generate new business and develop additional retail accounts.
A. Daily work management
Proactively partner with sales to hone year-on-year growth in revenue and profit on software and service solutions.
Partner sales team to develop and drive forward strategies in enterprise software and services architect solutions: customers' ERP; loyalty functions; mobile payment: WeChat, Alipay; self-checkout; to promote integrate to TGCS POS system application to varies industries, for example, retail malls, super markets and so forth within Greater China.
Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders to foster the self-driven team spirit and strong stakeholders' ownership in customers' projects from start to finish.
Extensive collaboration with key ISV partners to engage global, regional and country key account retailers.
Enabler in connecting interactive and robust POS functionalities in TGCS system solutions.
Educate and train service team members to increase engagement and to increase stability in our innovative retail POS solutions.
Achieve quality, safety and professionalism to keep the company legal and protect TGCS brand.
B. Continuous improvement / change management
Foster progressive, proactive, ownership culture in continuous improvement at all levels.
Optimize competitiveness with extensive technologies collaborations with solution providers in payment, mobile, online, enterprise resource solution, Microsoft retail software; LS retail software and so forth.
C. Tactical and operative management
- Synergize and collaborate extensively with GMU software and services leader in business strategies in system analysis, design and technologies deployment to attain captive market shares and key accounts in Great China.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of extensive and hands-on experience in solution selling to retail clients.
Marketing experience in software and services in point of sale with commerce solutions know how in B2B and B2C industries.
Strong business operations acumen to lead, partner and manage internal and external stakeholders to drive enterprise resource planning level and store software architecture and solutions viz-a-viz consulting, professional services and managed services.
Highly skilled in prediction and acquisition on new waves of technologies in POS, payment, storage and business applications.
Established experience in managing diverse business industries in system analysis, design and deployment of technology in business application from traditional retail to e-commerce to mobile commerce to social media.
Effective communication to champion global to regional to country directives.
Establish customer networks to hone business growth.
Must be able to bond and weave sales, marketing, operation, customer fulfillment and professional services to excel as one TGCS.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and oral).
Bachelor degree in electronics and computer engineering with a business administration degree will be an added advantage
5+ years of experience as a software architect
Experience in leading a software implementation project
