Dell Senior Advisor, Sales Operations Analyst in Bedford, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Collects, analyzes and interprets a wide variety of Area sales data and develops weekly and monthly forecast reports in preparation for business and sales review meetings. Performs necessary analysis and financial summaries pertaining to all bonus payments. Incumbent is responsible for distribution of Compensation Plans and generation of Goal Acknowledgement Forms for existing and new hire sales employees. Works with Human Resources and Legal departments in providing documentation and revenue attainments to evaluate sales participant's employment status or dispute any legal claims.

  • Approves MARS reqs, offers and EPDs within the assigned territory.

  • Collects sales data from Area Administrators on periodic basis and reviews for accuracy.

  • Develops and reviews monthly unit forecast report. Generate won/lost/deferred booking and revenue forecast report. Develops final reconciliation.
