As an operations expert for your portfolio, you will engage
stakeholders at senior-level management and technical levels to develop/refine
portfolio strategy, influence customer behavior; industry direction and execute
As the Operations leader, you will be responsible for
ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective. You will be
accountable for adoption of key business initiatives (Clarity, SAFe, Innovation
Accelerator and QMS), product speed-to-market and resource efficiency.
In this role you will:
Support a digital solutions business (sub-unit) in thedelivery of targets for revenue, cost & contribution margin, and on timedelivery..
Responsible for roadmap for product management &execution processes.
Establish and manage relationship across GE businesses &sub-businesses, partners and customers at leadership levels across industriesand geographies.
Lead cross functionally, including customers, and keystakeholders to execute the strategy.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve & simplify theeffectiveness of the Digital Solutions business function, drives product management,engineering, & project excellence, and interfaces & aligns with otherfunctions to provide effective coordination of analytics, metrics, dashboards,functional processes, cross-functional initiative coordination.
A minimum of 8 years of technical or operational, experiencealong with established leadership credentials.
GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towardsrelevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed.
