Ericsson 2nd Level Operations Specialist with Slovakian language in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Responsibilities:

You will help with Assurance support activities:

  • Incident, change, problem and security management
  • assist with Problem managemen and system administration
  • work with exALU & NOKIA 2G/3G/4G technology and repeaters from CommeScope (RAN)

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • 3-5 years’ experience with network operation
  • software programming and administration skills would be an advantage
  • Slovakian language is required
