We are looking for a dynamic program manager who enable partners to gain buy-in, and drive adoption of solutions globally while managing day-to-day use of the learning management system, Adobe Connect and other learning technology tools as required- all while demonstrating customer obsession? TRMS Learning & Employee Excellence supports 13 global sites by developing consistent learning experiences to increase investigator speed to performance. You will ensure that our learning infrastructure meets the needs of our investigators, Operations partners, trainers and Instructional Designers.

You must be able to:

  • Maximize the use of the existing Learning Management System (Cornerstone On Demand) in supporting learning administration, LMS enabled social learning, and learning analytics

  • Train TRMS stakeholder on LMS functionality, create /redesign LMS specific education material for stakeholders, and create and manage LMS FAQs

  • Train the trainers, and instructional designers on the use of the Cornerstone on Demand LMS, work with Training Leaders to identify process gaps, find opportunities to operationalize pilots/proof of concepts, and improve SLAs

  • Provide project management oversight for systems enhancements and cyclical administrative activities

  • Can build partnerships with IT/Training Delivery/Instructional Design teams

  • Consult stakeholders on developing proof of concepts for learning technology requirements and suggest short-term and more stable solutions

  • Find and create opportunities to leverage learning/skill data for operational efficiency by maximizing the use of the reporting functionalities within the LMS as well as from other sources of data

  • Partner with the manager on enabling other learning technology solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, educational technology, web technologies, BBA/MBA, Engineering

  • 3+ years LMS ownership experience in a large-scale, corporate environment

  • Process Analysis and Mapping

  • Familiarity with SCORM/AICC and xAPI

  • Familiarity with SharePoint

  • General familiarity and comfort in working with stakeholders/partners to resolve complexities

  • LMS administration experience, including end-user training and day-to-day support of the system supporting loading, tracking, and reporting of learning content

  • Experience managing LMS transitions/migrations and connecting LMS data sources to other systems

  • Track record of delivering complex, strategic projects on time

Masters degree, more than 5 years of Experience, Consulting background would all be an added advantage to further your career at Amazon.
