SUMMARY:

To participate in daily cycle counts that willdevelop a consistent method of managing the overall accuracy of the inventoryhoused in Plant 6000 RAW-WIP Warehouses. To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Musthave a good work ethic and work with minimal supervision. The responsibilities and requirements listedbelow are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully understand fundamentalcompliance with all established company policies

  • Complete counts accurately and timely

  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace

  • Assist in meeting all goals related toCycle Counts and help to develop corrective actions when goals are not met

  • Communicate with Team Leaders andManagers

  • Initiate Continuous Improvementprocesses related to cycle counts based off of Root Cause Analysis

  • Other duties as assigned

CAPABILITYREQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform accurate counts

  • Ability to communicate effectively(both verbally and written) with team members and upper management

  • Ability to document in written formnecessary information related to daily counts and issues related to thosecounts

  • Root Cause analysis – Must be detailoriented and include action items as necessary

  • Must be able to work flexible hoursbased on business needs

  • Must be able to operate forklift andother equipment as needed

  • Must be able to work well without directsupervision

  • Must be able to operate a Computer,including but not limited to E-Mail, SAP, and Microsoft Office Products

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAND/ OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma and three to five yearsrelated experience in warehousing and or cycle counting.

LICENSEAND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
