Company Job ID-1227Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking an Apprentice JOIO Operator to provide operational support to the Government and will operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactic, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs). The Apprentice JOIO Operator will provide geolocations, report, and database results. Key Accountabilities Conduct active geolocation operations through data production for intelligence reporting. Support collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence, including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Support the execution of SIGINT collection requirements, including organizational Standard Operating Procedures, as well as Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. Use specialized SIGINT tools and services and develop SIGINT products, including weekly and monthly status reports, as needed. Assist with the preparation of assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information. Prepare deliverables on operational methodology and results. Learn and apply emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes. Knowledge and Skills Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must be familiar with MS Office Suite. Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems. Experience and Education 2 years relevant ops experience in the last 5 years providing real-time or near real-time support to geolocation operations required. Knowledgeable of ground, airborne, and/or national geolocation systems required. Experience with tactical geolocation tools and software; imagery tools and associated databases required. Familiarity with communications intelligence collection equipment required. Geolocation Certifications preferred. Formal Training in communications technologies, geolocation operations preferred. Experience with collection technologies preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Shift work required. Must be available to perform duties and provide service in support of normal duty hours, outside of normal duty hours, including hours in excess of a regular shift period, to include weekends, holidays, inclement weather and in excess of 40 hours per week. Travel Travel may be required and estimated not to exceed 10%.
