Internal Ref: 5000244968506Job DescriptionConsumer Loan Center Servicing Operations AnalystThe CLC Servicing Operations Analyst is responsible for communicating all facets of the consumer loan process with internal and external customers and for ensuring applications progress expediently through the loan process.Position CompetenciesSuccessful candidates will possess demonstrated customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to plan organize to achieve desired objectives. The candidate will possess the ability to exhibits time management skills and prioritization of workload.Reporting Information/LocationThis Consumer Loan Center Servicing Operations Analyst position is located at 3551 Hamlin Road, Auburn Hills, MI and reports to the Comerica Loan Center Servicing Fulfillment Manager.Position Responsibilities:•Maintain quality and service standards in order to generate loan volume and income for the bank•Ensure that all requirements are met for all loans according to Comerica policies and gudielines•Research and resolve complex customer questions•Understand the complete process for consumer lending products including credit, compliance regulations and the Consumer Lending process within the Banking Centers•Review all consumer loans and collateral documentation for compliance with the loan approval, legal guidelines, credit and lending policies and applicable Federal Regulations and State Laws Develop procedures to comply with any changes in federal regulations and auditing requirements•Trains new employees on loan programs, compliance and all lending functions.•Coach staff when changes occur and new products are developed•Manage projects within the CLC Operations Department Assist with CLC documentation projects•Responsible for auditing loan processes Research and respond to compliance audit reviewTravelNo travel is required.RelocationNo relocation assistance is offered for this position.Qualifications•Associates Degree in Business OR High School Diploma or the Equivalent and 6 years consumer lending experience•4 years of consumer lending or customer service experience•4 years of computer experience creating excel spreadsheets and word documents , including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and Adobe Professional•2 years of experience working on projects•1 year of experience as a work leader, leading and coaching teamWork Schedule8:00am -5:00pm Monday -FridayWork Location(s)3551 Hamlin Road Auburn Hills, MI 48326About ComericaWe know that our employees are critical to our overall success.
